Q. What is the cost for a ticket?

Ticket entry is $10 at the door paid via cash or check. Students under 18 years old are free.


Q. What is the cost to be a vendor and how do I become a vendor?

An indoor vendor table is $25 and includes a 6 foot table and chair. The cost of a table is $20 if paid before 9/14/26. Contact John Yusza, K1LYP at k1lyp@frontier.com or at (203) 228-0495 with questions or to register as a vendor.


Q. Flea market

Gates open at 6 AM for tailgating for the flea market outside. If you are interested in having a tailgating space contact John Yusza, K1LYP at k1lyp@frontier.com or at (203) 228-0495. Tailgating spaces are $15 per space.


Q. What time can vendors start setting up?

Inside vendor set up begins at 6 AM, building opens to the public at 8 AM. No one except inside vendors and staff will be admitted into the building prior to 8 AM.

Enjoy a freshly made Breakfast Sandwich with a Hot Coffee or an assortment of other breakfast items and beverages. All proceeds from the sale of food or drinks go to benefit student athletes at Maloney High School.

Q. Can I take a licensing test or upgrade my current license?

Yes, a paperless VE session will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. We may be able to accommodate walk ins, but pre-registration is recommended. Candidates should pre-register at https://hamstudy.org/sessions. Computer tablets will be provided for the exam. Contact Jim Savage, N1ZN at N1ZN@arrl.net for more information or any questions.

Yes, you must be present to win a raffle prize. If you are not present, another ticket will be pulled.
